سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
في Dry Collection نسعى لتوصيل طلبك بأسرع وقت وبأفضل حالة. فيما يلي تفاصيل سياسة الشحن لدينا.
مناطق التوصيل
نقوم حالياً بالشحن والتوصيل داخل دولة الكويت فقط، ويشمل ذلك جميع المحافظات.
رسوم الشحن
رسوم شحن ثابتة قدرها 2.000 د.ك على جميع الطلبات داخل الكويت.
مدة التجهيز والتوصيل
- تتم معالجة الطلبات وتجهيزها خلال يوم عمل واحد من تأكيد الطلب.
- يصل الطلب عادةً خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد التجهيز.
- قد تتأخر بعض الطلبات في المواسم وأيام الذروة والعطلات الرسمية.
تتبّع الطلب
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد تتضمّن تفاصيل التوصيل. لأي استفسار حول حالة طلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا.
عنوان التوصيل
يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف عند إتمام الطلب.
Dry Collection غير مسؤولة عن تأخّر أو فقدان الطلب بسبب عنوان خاطئ أو غير مكتمل.

At Dry Collection, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and in the best condition. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship and deliver within the State of Kuwait only, covering all governorates.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of KWD 2.000 applies to all orders within Kuwait.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and prepared within one business day of order confirmation.
- Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after processing.
- Some orders may experience delays during peak seasons and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details. For any inquiry about your order status, please contact us.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. Dry Collection is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
